She began her journey by earning a Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences from the University of California, Irvine, where she developed a strong foundation in the life sciences. Her passion for healthcare was further solidified during her 2.5 years of service as an EMT, where she provided critical pre-hospital care and gained a deep understanding of emergency medical services.
Eager to expand her expertise, Shannon pursued advanced training at Pace University – Lenox Hill Hospital in New York City, where she completed her Physician Assistant program. This rigorous education equipped her with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in a fast-paced medical environment. Following her graduation, Shannon worked as a Hospitalist Physician Assistant for 1.5 years, where she further honed her abilities in acute patient care, managing complex cases, and delivering high-quality, compassionate care.
Shannon is committed to providing comprehensive care and unwavering support to her patients, ensuring that their needs are met with both professionalism and empathy. Her approach to healthcare is patient-centered, focusing on treating the whole person, not just the symptoms.
