Deborshi Roy, M.D.
Dr. Roy attended New York University, where he majored in English Literature and was Pre-Med, graduating with honors. He then attended the State University of New York Downstate Medical School, also graduating with honors. Dr. Roy completed his surgical internship and residency in Otolaryngology, Head & Neck Surgery at Temple University Hospital in Philadelphia. He further trained with world-renowned facial plastic and reconstructive surgeon Devinder S. Mangat, M.D., in Cincinnati, Ohio. Dr. Roy is board-certified in both Otolaryngology and Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery. He is a member of the American Academy of Otolaryngology/Head & Neck Surgery, the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, and the American Medical Association.
Dr. Roy treats patients of all ages with ear, nose, and throat disorders, including children. He has a special interest in nasal and sinus surgery, as well as facial plastic surgery. Using the latest techniques and technology, including Balloon Sinuplasty, Dr. Roy performs procedures in both the office and operating room. His practice is known for meticulous surgical technique, compassionate patient care, and attention to detail. Dr. Roy prioritizes patient safety, comfort, and confidentiality. He is also engaged in clinical research and has authored numerous articles in peer-reviewed journals, along with many chapters in medical textbooks.
Dr. Roy speaks English, Bengali, and Spanish fluently. With seven years of practice experience, he recently relocated to Southern California from New York. In his free time, he enjoys travel, sports, music, dancing, and films.
