Dr. Roy attended New York University, where he majored in English Literature while completing his pre-medical studies, graduating with honors. He went on to earn his medical degree from the State University of New York Downstate Medical School, also graduating with honors. Dr. Roy completed his surgical internship and residency in Otolaryngology – Head & Neck Surgery at Temple University Hospital in Philadelphia.
He further advanced his training under world-renowned facial plastic and reconstructive surgeon Devinder S. Mangat, M.D. in Cincinnati, Ohio. Dr. Roy is also a member of the American Academy of Otolaryngology – Head & Neck Surgery, the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, and the American Medical Association.
He has a special interest in nasal and sinus surgery, as well as facial plastic surgery. Using advanced techniques and technology, including Balloon Sinuplasty, Dr. Roy performs procedures in both the office and operating room settings.
In addition to patient care, Dr. Roy is actively involved in clinical research and has authored numerous peer-reviewed journal articles and medical textbook chapters.
